سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق Workshop OS
الخلاصة: Workshop OS تطبيق لموظفي ورش صيانة السيارات. نحفظ فقط ما يدخله موظفو الورشة لتشغيل عملها (العملاء، السيارات، الصور، أوامر العمل والفواتير). لا إعلانات، ولا تتبع، ولا بيع أو مشاركة للبيانات.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
حساب الموظف: الاسم ورقم الجوال أو البريد، وكلمة المرور محفوظة مشفّرة بطريقة لا يمكن استرجاعها.
بيانات تشغيل الورشة التي يدخلها الموظفون: أسماء العملاء وأرقام جوالاتهم، بيانات السيارات (اللوحة، الماركة، الموديل، قراءة العداد)، صور السيارة عند الاستقبال، نتائج الفحص، عروض الأسعار وموافقات العملاء، المهام والقطع، والمدفوعات والتسليم.
سجلات تشغيلية: سجل تدقيق بمن نفّذ كل إجراء ومتى، وسجلات تقنية للطلبات (بدون محتوى الطلبات وبدون كلمات المرور) لحماية النظام وحل الأعطال.
لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الرسائل، ولا نستخدم أدوات إعلان أو تحليلات أو معرّف الإعلانات.
2. مكان التخزين وحمايته
تُحفظ البيانات على خادم مخصّص تديره paymentery.com، وكل الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّر (HTTPS). بيانات كل ورشة معزولة عن غيرها داخل قاعدة البيانات نفسها، والصور محفوظة في تخزين خاص لا يُفتح إلا برابط مؤقت لمن له صلاحية. على الجوال لا يُحفظ إلا رمز الجلسة داخل التخزين الآمن للنظام (Keystore/Keychain)، والنسخ السحابي لبيانات التطبيق معطّل على Android. نأخذ نسخًا احتياطية دورية من قاعدة البيانات.
3. استخدام البيانات ومشاركتها
تُستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل الورشة صاحبة الحساب. لا نبيعها ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية. الورشة هي صاحبة بيانات عملائها، وهي من يقرر إرسال عرض سعر للعميل عبر واتساب مثلًا.
4. الصلاحيات
الكاميرا: لتصوير السيارة عند الاستقبال فقط، وبعد ضغط الموظف على زر التصوير. الإنترنت: للاتصال بخادم الورشة. لا يطلب التطبيق أي صلاحية أخرى.
5. حذف البيانات والحساب
يستطيع مالك الورشة إيقاف حساب أي موظف من لوحة الإدارة. لحذف حساب موظف أو بيانات ورشة كاملة، راسلنا على [email protected] من البريد أو الجوال المسجل، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا. بعض السجلات المالية (المدفوعات وسجل التدقيق) قد تحتاج الورشة الاحتفاظ بها لمدة يفرضها النظام، وتُحذف بعد انتهائها.
6. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لموظفي الورش البالغين، وغير مخصص لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات أطفال عن علم.
7. التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة ننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخها.

Privacy Policy — Workshop OS
In short: Workshop OS is an app for car-service workshop staff. We store only what the workshop's staff enter to run the workshop (customers, vehicles, photos, work orders and billing). No ads, no tracking, no selling or sharing of data.
1. Data we collect
Staff account: name and mobile number or email; the password is stored as a one-way hash.
Workshop data entered by staff: customer names and mobile numbers, vehicle details (plate, make, model, odometer), check-in photos of the vehicle, inspection results, estimates and customer approvals, jobs and parts, payments and hand-over.
Operational logs: an audit trail of who did what and when, and technical request logs (no request bodies, no passwords) to protect the service and fix faults.
We do not collect location, contacts or messages, and we use no advertising or analytics SDKs and no advertising ID.
2. Where data is stored and how it is protected
Data is stored on a dedicated server operated by paymentery.com, and all traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Each workshop's data is isolated from every other in the database itself, and photos sit in private storage opened only through short-lived links for authorised users. On the phone only the session token is kept, in the system's secure storage (Keystore/Keychain); Android cloud backup of app data is disabled. The database is backed up regularly.
3. How data is used and shared
Data is used only to run the workshop that owns the account. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing. The workshop owns its customers' data and decides, for example, whether to send an estimate to a customer on WhatsApp.
4. Permissions
Camera: only to photograph the vehicle at check-in, after staff tap the shutter. Internet: to reach the workshop's server. The app requests nothing else.
5. Deleting data and accounts
The workshop owner can deactivate any staff account from the admin dashboard. To delete a staff account or a whole workshop's data, email [email protected] from the registered email or mobile; we act within 30 days. Some financial records (payments, audit log) may have to be kept by the workshop for a legally required period and are deleted when it ends.
6. Children
The app is for adult workshop staff, is not intended for anyone under 18, and does not knowingly collect children's data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page and update its date.
