كيف أحصل على حساب؟
الحسابات تنشئها الورشة لموظفيها من لوحة الإدارة على الويب. إذا كنت موظفًا اطلب الحساب من مالك الورشة. إذا كنت صاحب ورشة وتريد استخدام النظام راسلنا.
نسيت كلمة المرور أو انقفل حسابي
بعد عدة محاولات خاطئة يُقفل الحساب مؤقتًا للحماية ثم يُفتح تلقائيًا. لإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور تواصل مع مالك الورشة أو راسلنا من الجوال أو البريد المسجل.
الكاميرا لا تفتح عند الاستقبال
تأكد أن صلاحية الكاميرا مسموحة للتطبيق من إعدادات الجوال ← التطبيقات ← Workshop OS ← الأذونات.
الصورة لم ترتفع
يظهر على الصورة "فشل الرفع — أعد". اضغط عليها لإعادة التصوير بعد التأكد من الاتصال بالإنترنت. لا يُفتح أمر العمل إلا بعد رفع الصور الست.
أين التقارير والمخزون والإعدادات؟
في لوحة الإدارة على الويب المصاحبة للتطبيق. التطبيق مخصص لعمل الورشة اليومي: الاستقبال والفحص والتقدير والتسليم.

How do I get an account?
Workshops create accounts for their staff from the web admin dashboard. Staff should ask the workshop owner. Workshop owners who want to use the system can email us.
I forgot my password or my account is locked
After several wrong attempts the account locks briefly for protection and then unlocks by itself. To reset the password, ask the workshop owner or email us from the registered phone or email.
The camera does not open at check-in
Allow the camera for the app in Settings → Apps → Workshop OS → Permissions.
A photo did not upload
The photo shows "Failed — retry". Tap it to shoot again once you are online. A work order opens only after all six photos are uploaded.
Where are reports, stock and settings?
In the web admin dashboard that comes with the app. The app covers the daily work: check-in, inspection, estimates and hand-over.
How do I change the language?
From More → English / العربية.
How do I delete my account or the workshop's data?
Email [email protected] from the registered email or phone; we act within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.
